Grandall Assisted BAIC Group in its Strategic Investment in Pony AI Inc.

On 27 November, 2024, Pony AI Inc. (NASDAQ: PONY) was successfully listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange, becoming the first Robotaxi company to go public in the world. BAIC Group Co., Ltd. made a strategic investment in Pony and subscribed for its ADS with an amount exceeding USD 70 million. Grandall served as the legal advisor for BAIC Group in the deal with Partners Yang Juan and Li Bo in charge of the aspects related to foreign investment and state-owned assets supervision, Partner Lu Ruyi responsible for anti-monopoly and Partner Hu Jing for compliance and national security review.
