On 30 March 2022, the application filed by Zhejiang Tianzhen Bamboo Flooring Co., Ltd. (“Zhejiang Tianzhen”) for initial public offering and listing of shares on the ChiNext Market of Shenzhen Stock Exchange was reviewed and approved on the 17th meeting of the Listing Committee of ChiNext Market of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Zhejiang Tianzhen is a national high-tech enterprise mainly engaging in the R&D, production and sales of new PVC composite flooring. Its major products include wood-plastic composite flooring (WPC flooring), stone plastic composite flooring (SPC flooring), magnesium glass flooring (MGO flooring) and luxury vinyl tile flooring (LVT flooring).
