On 3 March 2022, the application filed by Guobo Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Guobo Electronics”) for initial public offering and listing on the STAR Market of Shanghai Stock Exchange was passed and approved by the Listing Committee of the STAR Market at the 14th meeting in 2022.

Guobo Electronics mainly engages in the research and development, manufacture and sales of active phased array T/R components and RF IC related products, covering both military and civil fields.  The company has undertaken a number of special and industrialization projects of RF microwave integrated circuits for the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and has more than 100 independent intellectual property rights.
