On February 28, 2011, the application for the IPO of Xuzhou Handler Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. (“Xuzhou Handler”) on GEM has been passed and approved on the 6th meeting of the Securities Public Offering Examination and Approval Committee for GEM of China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”). 

Established in 2005, Xuzhou Handler has been adopting advanced products and technology from Europe and US and providing aerial work vehicles and services solutions relating to designs, production development, manufacture, technology support and maintenance. Its products have been widely used in the field of electrical powers, street lights, traffic, gardens, highways, airports, seaports, and application is some large enterprises. The company is now engaging in the technology improvement of smart aerial work vehicles and is the leading provider of aerial work vehicles and related services.
