The IPO application of Suzhou Anjie Technology Co., Ltd. (“Suzhou Anjie”) was passed and approved at the 216th meeting of the Securities Public Offering Examination and Approval Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) on September 28, 2011. 

Suzhou Anjie is engaged in producing functional parts and providing relevant services to terminal manufacturers of laptop and mobile phone brands, with whom the company has established close and friendly relationship and cooperated in developing and designing new products, selecting materials and optimizing techniques.

The company intends to offer 30,000,000 shares (accounting for 25% of its total issued shares) to raise funds for investing in producing external functional parts in the personal computer sector.
