March 8, 2012 - Beijing, China - The application for the non-public offering of shares by Beijing Kangde Xin Composite Material Co., Ltd. ("KDX") amounting to RMB 2 billion to its subsidiary located in Zhangjagang for the construction of world-level optical thin film project was passed and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC") on March 7, 2012.
The total investment of the project is expected to be around RMB 3 billion, covering an area of 200,000,000 sqm. After the completion of this project, KDX will become the leading enterprise in optical film industry within China.
Grandall Beijing Office has been retained and acted as Counsel for KDX, with Mr. HUANG Weimin (partner) leading a team of attorneys comprising of Mr. LI Aoli and Ms. HE Yuan, and supported by Mr. CHEN Zhou and Ms. WANG Rui.
