Ms. SUN Tingjuan (as the chief coordinator) and her team of Grandall Hangzhou Office successfully completed the acquisition project launched by Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group Co., Ltd. of purchasing Yili natural gas project and coal project, both of which are invested and constructed by Shandong Energy Xinwen Mining Group Co., Ltd. (“Project”). The total investment in the Project is over RMB 10 billion. The Project has already been reviewed and approved by SASAC of Zhejiang Province and Shandong Province respectively.
