On 25 March 2016, Sichuan KLT Carbide Co., Ltd. (code: 835792) was successfully listed on NEEQ, and Grandall Chengdu Office rendered professional services for the listing.

Founded in 1988, KLT Carbide Co., Ltd. (“KLT”) is one of the largest manufactures of hard-carbide sealing rings and shaft sleeves in China and provides integrated wear-resistant solutions. It specializes in production of rough and machining products such as special hard carbide mechanical sealing rings, shaft sleeves, nozzles, drilling bits, valve and seat. KLT has obtained the certificates of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 successively and passed the test of American FDA. Owning ICP-OES, infrared carbon and sulfur, metallographic microscope, coercive force, laser and image measurement equipment, KLT has the capability of testing chemical composition, organization, physical and mechanical properties and dimension of carbide.

KLT has factories in Guanghan and Dayi for production of carbide; the area of the two factories is over 130 mu in total with production workshop of about 35,000 square meters and an annual production of hard carbide for 600 tons. In 2015, KLT achieved sales revenues of RMB200 million.
