On 14 June 2019, the application for non-public offering filed by Juneyao Airlines (stock code: 603885) was passed and approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission.  Grandall Shanghai acted as the legal advisor of Juneyao Airlines.

Juneyao Airlines is a subsidiary company of Shanghai Juneyao (Group) Co., Ltd., and started its maiden flight in September 2006.  Nowadays Juneyao Airlines owns 90 Airbus A320 aircrafts and Boeing 787 aircrafts with an average aircraft age at 4.53 years.  Its flight routes originated from Shanghai and now covers over 120 countries and cities.

The company intended to raise a limited number of RMB 3.11 billion by offering no more than 169,130,680 shares to a subsidiary of China Eastern Airlines.
