Recently, Soutech has completed its A-round financing with the investor being an offshore funds managed by an asset management company under a well-known European bank.  Grandall Law Firm acts as the legal advisor of Soutech, and has provided legal services in the whole process of this offshore financing, including negotiation on and preparation of transaction documents, issue of legal opinions and assistance in delivery.
