Recently, LEGALBAND, a well-known legal rating agency, announced the winners of “Power List: Top 15 Regional Stars”, among which LIU Xiangming, managing partner of Grandall Nanjing, was honored.

Mr. LIU has been practicing in the fields of cross-border investment and financing, capital markets, corporate governance and related dispute resolution for thirty-two years, with both theoretical foundation and practical experience, especially in the capital markets.  He once represented Jiangsu Ninghu Expressway Co., Ltd. in its joint acquisition of a Turkish road and bridge project with other parties. The project is the largest infrastructure M&A transaction in Turkey to date and the largest cross-border investment project by Chinese investors in Turkey, with a total transaction value over USD 688 million.

Over the years, Mr. LIU has advised dozens of companies in their respective initial public offerings, refinancing and restructuring projects, and represented many domestic listed companies, large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in cross-border legal matters and their related civil and commercial dispute resolution projects. He specializes in cross-border investment and financing, capital markets and dispute resolution related thereto.  Mr. LIU started his practice in 1989 and began practicing securities law in 1996, and has over twenty years of experience in securities practice.
