The Sixteenth Conference of Construction of Spiritual Civilization was held in Shanghai on May 20, 2013. In the conference, Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and People's Government awarded the honors of model industry, unit, community and village to the winning candidates, meanwhile, decent citizens and good examples of socialist spiritual civilization were nominated and commended. Grandall Shanghai Office was awarded “Shanghai Model Unit” again.

The selection criteria of model unit contain six aspects covering ideological education, cultivation of culture, scientific management, social responsibilities, innovative concepts and operating performances.
