Recently, Thomson Reuters released its Global Capital Markets Legal Advisory Review for 2012. The report analyzed law firms’ rankings in capital markets and the market trends.

According to the report, Grandall took the second place among issuer advisers in Asia equity & equity-related markets in 2012 with 30 deals, and was among Top 10 global issuer advisers. In addition, Grandall also took a leading position among undertaker advisers in Asia equity and equity-related markets.
