Asian Legal Business (ALB) has released the list of candidates for its China Law Awards 2015 recently.  Grandall has been nominated for China Law Firm of the Year, M&A/Private Equity Law Firm of the Year and other awards.

CGN Power IPO in Hong Kong, in which Grandall had been retained as the underwriter’s legal counsel, has been nominated for three awards simultaneously, namely, Equity Market Deal of the Year, Energy & Resources Deal of the Year and Project Finance Deal of the Year.  In addition, Fosun’s EUR1 billion senior notes issuing and take-private transaction of Giant Interactive, both of which were undertaken by Grandall, have been nominated for Debt Market Deal of the Year and TMT Deal of the Year, respectively.

ALB Law Awards is launched by Asian Legal Business for appraising the Asian legal business conducted by law firms, in-house legal counsels and other legal agencies in various countries.  The awards released draw considerable attraction from investment bankers, in-house counsels of multi-national enterprises, senior lawyers and business leaders, etc.
