On the occasion of the 2022 National IPR Publicly Week, the forum themed "New Energy Changes the World" was successfully held in Dalian.  The forum was jointly hosted by Grandall Dalian Office and Zhini Information Technology (Dalian) Co. Ltd., and guided by Dalian Intellectual Property Office, Institute of Intellectual Property of Dalian University of Technology and Dalian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Industry Association (DHFCA).  Experts and scholars from famous universities and research institutes, enterprise representatives and domestic and foreign lawyers gathered at the forum through a combination of online meetings and offline venues to discuss the close cooperation between new energy development and intellectual property protection.

The forum was presided by LI Siwei, a lawyer of Grandall Dailian. ZHANG Xutao, managing partner and director of Grandall Dailian, said in his speech that the development of new energy is an important means of national construction with realistic and future significance.  At present, the competition of science and technology is one of the most important competitions in the current world pattern.  It is based on this sense of responsibility and mission to the country and the society that Grandall lawyers are dedicated to their duties and contribute their modest efforts to domestic enterprises.

LIU Changfu, vice president of DHFCA, participated in the forum through online and gave a generous speech.  President LIU said that China is now in a critical period of energy change, and this forum, in line with the national development strategy, strengthened our understanding of new energy, scientific and technological innovation and intellectual property rights, has a positive effect on enhancing enterprises' awareness of intellectual property protection and maintaining market fairness.
