On 10 July, Mr. ZHANG Xinhua and Ms. ZHU Ying, lawyers of Grandall Suzhou Office were invited to deliver compliance training lecture on the Foreign Enterprises Course which was organized by Zhangjiagang Commerce Bureau.  Nearly 100 representatives of foreign enterprises attended the lecture.

Mr. ZHANG and Ms. ZHU have been specializing in corporate compliance and labor dispute resolution, and accumulated extensive experience.  The lecture focused on the HR management, operational practices, risk prevention in recruitment and labor contract conclusion, non-competition, as well as disciplinary actions, which has been widely praised by the participants present.
