Ms. BAI, born in 1964, is the member of 12th Guizhou Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, member of the 11th Executive Commission of Guizhou Women’s Federation, director of Guizhou Lawyers Association, executive partner of Grandall Law Firm, arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and legislative consultant expert of Guizhou People’s Congress.  On top of that, she is one of the sponsors of Guizhou union for the protection of women’s and children’s rights, and has delivered several speeches on the law of protection of rights and benefits of women and children, anti-domestic violence, protection of rights of female athletes and launched related campaigns.
