China Banking Association (CBA) held a seminar on risk control and cross-border business from 15 October to 16 October 2019.  Ms. JIN Shuying, deputy director of the CBA, and Mr. YUAN Qingwei, president of Asset Custody Business Center of Bank of Communications, attended the seminar and delivered speeches thereon.  Mr. GUAN Jianjun, managing partner of Grandall Shanghai Office was invited to attend and give lecture on the seminar.

During the meeting, Mr. GUAN made a detailed introduction and analysis on the assets management regulation system under the new situation, the challenges and transformation of assets management under the new regulatory environment, the development of the industry since the issue of the new regulation, and several latest cases of assets management and relevant judicial practice, etc., drawing considerable praises from the attendees.
