According to the Administrative Measures for Engagement of External Legal Counsel for Guizhou Provincial People’s Government, Ms. BAI Min, executive partner of Grandall, Mr. HE Xianwu, partner of Guiyang Office and Mr. LIU Yunfei, associate of Guiyang Office, together with other 11 talents, have been retained as external legal counsels of Guizhou Provincial People’s Government for 2019-2020.

The three lawyers of Grandall stated that they would earnestly perform their duties in the future work, actively cooperate with the provincial people's government and relevant departments, and provide standardized, scientific, professional and efficient legal consulting services for the development of the provincial government.
