On April 10, 2010, Grandall Hangzhou Office signed the cooperation agreement with the People's Court of Shangcheng District of Hangzhou City for the pilot program of mediation.  Huang Xiaoqin, vice director of the People's Court of Shangcheng District, Cheng Yufeng, director of the Litigation Service Center, and HE Lifeng, managing partner of Grandall Hangzhou Office attended the signing ceremony.
