Shanghai Jinjiang International Hotels Development Co., Ltd (“Shanghai Jinjiang”), an influential company in hotel industry, announced its acquisition of 81 percent of equity interest in Plateno Group.  The value of the target company that was transacted exceeded RMB 10 trillion.

After the transaction, Jinjiang International Group possesses more than 6,000 hotels and more than 640 thousand hotel rooms that cover 55 countries and territories all over the world.  It becomes the largest hotels group in China and one of the five largest hotels group in the world.
