From April 22 to 23, 2023, legal experts and scholars from government agencies, famous universities, associations and industry organizations, as well as lawyers from various offices of Grandall gathered in Shanghai to participate in the 5th Grandall Civil and Commercial Dispute Resolution Forum (“Forum”) to share insights, good ideas, results and future development of dispute resolution. The forum was organized by Grandall Law Firm, co-organized by Grandall Research and Development Institute, Grandall Civil and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration Practice Committee, and Grandall Law Firm (Shanghai), and supported by China Legal and Wolters Kluwer.

Mr. Hongbing Lv (Chief Executive Partner of Grandall) and Mr. Peixin Luo (Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice) delivered opening speeches one after another. Mr. Hanmin Zhou (Member of the Standing Committee of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and President of Shanghai Socialist Academy), Mr. Ming Xu (Vice President of China Securities Law Research Association and Professor of East China University of Political Science and Law), Mr. Yi Ma (Vice President of Shanghai Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Deputy Director of Shanghai International Arbitration Center), Mr. Thomas So (Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice and Partner of Grandall Hong Kong Office and Justice of the Peace of Hong Kong), Mr. Huiling Jiang (Dean of Law School of Tongji University ), and Mr. Zhong Wang (Visiting Professor of Peking University Law School) delivered wonderful keynote speeches to share new ideas, new methods and new patterns in the field of civil and commercial dispute resolution.
