June 14, 2011 - Beijing, China - The review process of the Panel of Arbitrators for China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission ("CIETAC") has been completed recently.

9 partners from Grandall Law Firm, namely: Mr. Lv Hongbing, Mr. Zhang Jingqian, Mr. Wang Weidong, Mr. Zhan Hao, Mr. Li Bin, Ms. Xuan Weihua, Mr. Yang Gang, Mr. Zhang Guoyan and Mr. Zheng Xilin had been appointed as CIETAC arbitrators in their respective fields of expertise in accordance with the PRC Arbitration Law and the CIETAC Stipulations on Appointment of Arbitrators. Grandall's partners have been collectively playing active role in the field of arbitration since the establishment of CIETAC. Save and except Mr. Zheng Xilin and Mr. Li Bin, being newly appointed CIETAC arbitrators, the other 7 partners were all re-appointees. 

There are 998 arbitrators in the new Panel of Arbitrators. Of that total, 716 arbitrators are from mainland China, 44 arbitrators are from Hong Kong SAR, 1 arbitrator from Macau SAR, and there are 19 arbitrators from the China Taiwan Region.  The remaining 218 are foreign arbitrators. The new Panel of Arbitrators started their term from 1 May 2011.
