Grandall & Partners is established in cooperation with a New York City based law firm, Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler, P.C. ("Ballon Stoll"). It will work collaboratively with Ballon Stoll to provide excellence of legal services in various legal areas such as Business Restructuring and Insolvency, Corporate and Capital Markets, Crisis Management, Finance & Insurance, Franchise & Licensing,  Immigration Law, Intellectual Property, Labor and Employment Law,  Real Estate, Environmental Protection, Entertainment and Sports, Fashion, Tax ,  Family Law, Trusts and Estates, and Dispute Resolution including litigation and arbitration.

On October 26, 2016, LI Chun, Founding Partner of Grandall and member of Executive Committee, ZHANG Jingqian, member of Executive Committee of Grandall, and Jerry Kong, Partner of Grandall Shanghai, visited Ballon Stoll. Eight months later, Howard D. Bader, Managing Partner of Ballon Stoll, made a special trip to Grandall Beijing and Grandall Shanghai in mid-June 2017 to have an in-depth exchange with Grandall partners. SUN Wenjie, member of the Executive Committee of Grandall and Partner of Grandall Law Firm (Beijing), and Erica Chang, Partner of Grandall Law Firm (Shanghai), are appointed by Grandall Law Firm as the Managing Partners of its New York Office. They will also serve as the representatives of Grandall Law Firm and partner with Ballon Stoll in charge of the development and management of the Greater China Practice. Both SUN Wenjie and Erica Chang have more than 25 years of international practice experience and have acquired rich experiences and professional resources in cross-border investment and transactions therefrom.
